Zhiyu is a first-year PhD student at PEDAL. Her research will focus on investigating the cross-cultural effects of parent-child playful interactions on the social-emotional wellbeing of young children.
Before joining PEDAL, she obtained a Master’s degree in Human Development and Education at Harvard University. Zhiyu earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Hispanic Cultural Studies from the University of Melbourne. Additionally, she had one year of teaching experience in a primary school in Spain.
